Pathway 2 — Life, Transitions, and Becoming
For the person navigating something bigger than work.
A relationship ending or beginning. A move, a reinvention, a values shift that snuck up on you. A decision you can’t make no matter how many times you think it through.
The problem
Sometimes the hardest transitions are the ones nobody around you can fully see.
You might look fine from the outside. You might even be functioning well. But something underneath has shifted — or is in the process of shifting — and you don’t quite have the language for it yet. Maybe a relationship is ending or changing. Maybe you’ve moved somewhere new and found that the version of yourself you brought with you doesn’t quite fit. Maybe you know who you were and you’re not sure who you’re becoming.
Life transitions don’t always announce themselves with a crisis. Sometimes they arrive quietly — as restlessness, as a decision you keep circling, as a feeling that the life you’ve built no longer fits the person you’re turning into.
Nothing is wrong with you. You are in the middle of something real. This work is for the middle of it.
This work is for you if
You might be in the right place if any of this feels familiar.
You're in the middle of a major life transition and you don't know who you are on the other side of it yet
A relationship has ended, changed, or is asking something of you that you're not sure how to give
You've moved, changed careers, or stepped into a new chapter — and you brought a version of yourself that no longer fits
You keep circling a decision and can't seem to land, no matter how many times you think it through
You know something needs to change but you're not sure where to pull the thread first
You want support that works with your nervous system, not just your thinking — because thinking about it hasn't been enough
What the work looks like
Finding what clarity actually feels like for you, not what it looks like on paper.
This pathway works at the intersection of nervous system science, values work, and somatic awareness. We don’t just talk about what’s happening — we work with where your body is holding the weight of the transition, because that’s often where the real information is.
A lot of people who come to this work have done plenty of thinking. They’ve made lists, talked to friends, journaled, researched. What’s missing isn’t more information — it’s a felt sense of what’s actually true for them underneath all of it. That’s what we build toward.
Over time, sessions help you move from circling to clarity, from stuck to in motion — not by pushing harder, but by working with the parts of you that are holding back for a reason and understanding what they need.

Questions
Frequently asked
Is this therapy?
No. This is coaching, which means we are focused on where you are now and where you want to go — not on diagnosing or treating mental health conditions. If you are in crisis or need clinical support, I will always point you toward the right resources. Coaching and therapy can work well alongside each other, and many people do both.
I'm not in a crisis. Is this still the right kind of support?
Yes — and actually this work is designed specifically for people who are not in crisis but are navigating something real. You don't need to be falling apart to deserve support. A lot of the people who come to this pathway are functioning fine on the outside and quietly dealing with something that doesn't have an obvious name. That's exactly where this work lives.
I've done a lot of thinking about my situation already. How is this different?
Most people who find their way to this work have already done the thinking. They've talked to friends, journaled, researched, made lists. What coaching adds is a structured space to work with the parts of you that thinking alone hasn't been able to reach — including your nervous system, your body, and the patterns underneath the story you've been telling yourself. Sometimes clarity isn't a thinking problem. It's a regulation problem.
What if I don't know what I want yet?
That's one of the most common places to start from in this pathway. Not knowing what you want is information, not a problem. Part of what we do together is help you get underneath the noise to find what's actually true for you — not what you think you should want, or what the people around you expect. You don't need to have answers before we begin.
Can this work help with relationship transitions specifically?
Yes. Whether you're navigating a breakup, a divorce, a shift in a long-term relationship, or something harder to name — this pathway holds that. We work with the identity piece of relationship transitions, not just the logistics. Who are you without that relationship, or inside a changed version of it? That's often where the real work is.
How quickly will I notice a difference?
Most people notice something shifting within the first two or three sessions — a clearer sense of what's actually happening, some language for it, and at least one thing that starts to feel more settled. Deeper clarity and pattern change take more time, which is why the Growth package tends to be the most common starting point for this kind of work.
Do sessions have to be in person?
No. All sessions are available virtually via Google Meet. If you're in the Dunedin or Tampa Bay area and prefer in-person, that's available too at my office at 303 Main St Suite 107, Dunedin FL.
The space between who you are and who you are becoming is where the work happens.
Most high performers and burned-out artists and entrepreneurs don’t need more motivation. They need a structure that works with their nervous system, not against it. Through somatic-based coaching, evidence-informed psychology, and practical strategy, we build that together.
If you’re ready to stop circling and start moving, you’re in the right place.
