Using HSA or FSA Funds Some clients use Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) funds for sessions. Eligibility varies by plan. We recommend checking with your administrator directly or asking your physician or therapist for a Letter of Medical Necessity referencing somatic behavioral wellness coaching, stress and life transition support, or nervous system regulation. Detailed receipts are available upon request to support your reimbursement process.
