Pathway: When You Are the Work
You have more ideas than hours. And something keeps getting in the way of the next move.
The problem
You know what to do. Something keeps getting in the way of actually doing it.
It might look like a to-do list that never gets shorter. A content calendar that stays half-empty. A launch you keep pushing back. A version of your business that lives clearly in your head and somehow never fully lands in reality.
Sometimes the block is structural. You do not have a clear system for what to prioritize, how to organize your time, or what to stop doing so the right things can move. The overwhelm is real and it is costing you momentum.
Sometimes the block is internal. A belief that you are not ready yet. That people will not take you seriously. That asking for more, charging more, or being more visible is somehow not available to you. These run quietly underneath every decision and slow everything down without ever announcing themselves.
Usually it is both at once. And trying to solve one without the other is why the same patterns keep showing up.
This work is for you if
You might be in the right place if any of this feels familiar.
- You're a content creator, streamer, or digital entrepreneur and you're starting to feel the weight of always being on
- Your brand is built around your personality and you're not sure who you are when the camera is off
- The audience, the consistency, the output , which used to feel exciting, now mostly feels like pressure
- You care about what you're building, which makes the depletion harder to name and harder to talk about
- You want to keep going . You just need a way to do it that doesn't cost you who you are
- You've never had a professional space that actually accounts for what this kind of work asks of you
- You want support that holds both your nervous system and your goals at the same time
What the work looks like
Rebuilding the line between who you are and what you produce.
This pathway is about untangling. Finding where the brand version of you ends and the private version begins. Understanding how your nervous system is responding to the specific demands of high-visibility work. We build practices that create genuine separation, not just better coping strategies.
We work somatically, which means we pay attention to where your body is holding the weight of this work alongside what your mind is making of it. Over time you rebuild the capacity to show up fully in your work without disappearing inside it.
- Identity separation: understanding where the professional version of you ends and the personal version begins
- Nervous system regulation built around the specific demands of visibility and audience-facing work
- Sustainable output rhythms that don't require running at a deficit to maintain
- Reconnecting to why you started when the grind has made it feel heavy
- Decision-making support when growth feels exciting and overwhelming at the same time
- WhatsApp voice access between sessions for questions, shifts, and momentum support
How it works
Three steps to get started
Free connection call
30 minutes. We talk about where you are. No agenda, no pitch. We figure out together if this is the right fit.
We design your pathway
Sessions and a structure mapped around your goals, your nervous system, and what you're actually working through.
We build together
Each session builds on the last. We track what is shifting, adjust as we go, and keep moving forward.
The discovery call is free. The clarity is immediate.
Most people walk away with more clarity than they expected. In that one conversation.

Frequently asked
Is this therapy?
No. This is coaching, which means we are focused on where you are now and where you want to go. Not on diagnosing or treating mental health conditions. If you are in crisis or need clinical support, I will always point you toward the right resources. Coaching and therapy can work well alongside each other, and many people do both.
I'm always on. Do I have time for this?
Yes, and honestly, that's exactly who this work is designed for. Sessions are 60 minutes and available virtually, which means you don't need to travel or carve out a half-day. The practices we build together are designed to fit into the rhythm of your actual life and output schedule, not require a retreat to access.
What does "somatic" actually mean in practice?
Somatic means body-based. In sessions, we pay attention to what's happening in your body alongside what's happening in your thinking, things like where tension lives, what your breath is doing, how your nervous system is responding to the demands of your work. This isn't about movement or exercise. It's about using body awareness as a tool for understanding your patterns and building regulation from the inside out.
I love what I do. Does that mean something is wrong with me if I'm depleted?
No, and this is actually one of the most common places creators and entrepreneurs land. Loving the work doesn't protect you from the cost of it. In fact, caring deeply often makes the depletion harder to recognize and harder to talk about. This pathway is specifically for people who are committed to what they're building and also need a way to stay in it without burning through themselves to do it.
How quickly will I notice a difference?
Most people notice something shifting within the first two or three sessions: a clearer sense of what's happening, some language for it, and at least one tool that starts to create a little more space. Deeper pattern shifts take more time, which is why the Growth package is the most common starting point for this kind of work.
Do sessions have to be in person?
No. All sessions are available virtually via Google Meet, which works just as well for this kind of work. If you're in the Dunedin or Tampa Bay area and prefer in-person, that's available too at my office at 303 Main St Suite 107, Dunedin FL.
