About Becca

I spent more than a decade building teams and businesses from the inside out, standing where performance and well-being stop working together. I know what it’s like to feel constantly drained while still pushing yourself to keep going.

I’ve taken the time to learn how to come out of that pattern and rebuild my energy in a more sustainable way. This work is designed to help you find the formula that works for you.

I work in the space where nervous system science, applied psychology, and somatic awareness converge, supporting people through the gap between who they are and who they’re becoming. Because that gap isn’t just a mindset shift. It lives in your body, your patterns, and the way you move through your work and your life.

My dissertation explores psychological safety and well-being in remote work environments. My coaching practice is where that research meets lived experience.

PhD Candidate, Industrial-Organizational Psychology

Certified Life Coach, MBG (Board Certified Coach accredited)
Certified Sex Counselor (in progress)

Most support waits for a breaking point. I practice using positive psychology and prevention science.

My goal is to help you build capacity before you get to a point of burnout. If you’re already running on empty, this work doesn’t ask you to pretend otherwise.

Client notes

What clients say.

“Working with Becca helped me understand my nervous system for the first time. I went from feeling constantly overwhelmed to finally feeling grounded and clear. Her somatic tools are simple but honestly life-changing."
Wellness Entrepreneur
“"I work with people all day as a server at a hotel. By the end of most shifts, I used to feel completely drained. Coaching helped me learn how to check in with myself during the day and use quick tools to reground without stepping away from my job. I don't feel as worn down, and I've started thinking more clearly about what I want long-term in the hospitality industry.”
Hospitality Professional
“As a first responder, I've seen things I wouldn't wish on anyone. The weight of it all started to build up, but I didn't feel like traditional therapy was the right fit for me. Coaching gave me another way to get support. Becca helped me understand how trauma was showing up in my body and gave me practical tools to reset before and after work. I'm more focused on the job now, and I don't carry everything home with me anymore.”
First Responder
Becca was so great. She helped me figure out how to move forward despite a lack of clarity on how to organize my thoughts and processes. Her ability to listen and offer feedback was so refreshing. I would recommend working with her if you have an opportunity, you will not be disappointed"
Business Owner
“The way you break it down was so cool!!!!! It made me think, why wasn't I able to do that with myself? You were like a sheep dog but herding my thoughts. Sometimes you need someone to talk these thoughts out loud with”
Creative in Tech
“Working with Becca has been a game-changer for me. I was struggling with balancing my personal and professional life, and her holistic approach provided the clarity and tools I needed to find harmony. The coaching sessions were insightful and empowering, helping me achieve a better work-life balance and greater satisfaction in all areas of my life.”
Remote Worker Navigating Burnout

Find Your Starting Point – The Four Pathways

Rethinking How You Work

For professionals and founders whose output and sense of self are deeply connected, whether you’re burning out inside a system, building something that’s starting to cost more than it gives, or rethinking what you actually want from your work.

This work helps you reconnect with your capacity, clarify what sustainable performance looks like for you, and find a way of working that supports who you are, not just what you produce.

When the Work Gets Personal

Some roles ask more than your time and skill. They ask for your presence, your body, and a level of emotional labor that doesn’t clock out at the end of the day. Some of the most depleting work doesn’t look depleting from the outside. It looks like success. It looks like showing up, holding space, staying regulated when everything in you wants to break.

Whether you’re navigating role separation, identity shifts, or a depletion that builds slowly and quietly, this is a space to untangle that, rebuild your edges, and find a way back to yourself. Over time, the gap between what you give and what you keep creates a quiet kind of erosion. This is the work of coming back to yourself.

Life, Transitions, and Becoming

For the person navigating something bigger than work. A relationship ending or beginning. A move, a reinvention, a values shift that snuck up on you. A decision you can’t make no matter how many times you think it through.

We work with where your body is holding the weight, not just where your mind keeps circling. Using nervous system regulation and polyvagal-informed approaches, we find what clarity actually feels like for you, and build toward a life that fits who you’re becoming

Start Where You Are

No category required. This pathway is for the person who doesn’t fit neatly into one box, or fits all of them at once. Maybe you’re navigating something personal, relational, or tied to intimacy, your body, or how you express yourself. Maybe you just know something needs to change and you’re not sure where to pull the thread first.

We start with where you are, and together we find a way forward that feels more steady, clear, and supportive.

For Growing Businesses

The gap between where your business is and where it is going usually comes down to one thing: your capacity.

At a certain stage of growth, you need more than a team member. You need someone who can think strategically, execute operationally, and understand the human side of building a business. Without the overhead of a full-time hire.

I work with founders and small business owners as a fractional consultant, stepping in as a senior-level resource you can assign real work to. Whether you need help scaling systems, building out HR and people operations, leading projects, or thinking through your next move, I bring over a decade of organizational experience and a research background in workplace psychology to the table.

Did you know?

Most people try to grow by focusing on strategy. But research consistently shows that internal factors like emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and nervous system regulation have a greater impact on performance, resilience, and overall well-being.

For example, research shows that individuals who can regulate their internal state respond more effectively under pressure and demonstrate stronger resilience outcomes (r ≈ .60–.63).

Other studies across workplace and behavioral science show that internal regulation and awareness significantly predict job performance and behavioral effectiveness across roles and industries.

At a broader level, large-scale global research indicates that individuals with stronger internal regulation capacities are significantly more likely to report positive outcomes across performance, relationships, and overall well-being.

When your nervous system is supported, your thinking becomes clearer, your decisions more aligned, and your ability to sustain growth without burnout increases. Without that foundation, even the best strategy can feel difficult to maintain.

This work focuses on strengthening those internal foundations, so what you build externally can stick long term.

If something on this page felt true to you, that’s enough to start.

Most high performers and burned-out artists and entrepreneurs don’t need more motivation. They need a structure that works with their nervous system, not against it. Through somatic-based coaching, evidence-informed psychology, and practical strategy, we build that together. Book a Free Call today!
