If you’re local to the Tampa Bay area and looking for a more relaxed, grounded way to work together, my Walk & Talk sessions might be exactly what you need. Instead of sitting in an office or meeting online traditionally, we’ll head outside to a park, trail, beach, or your favorite green space and let the conversation flow naturally.

Every Walk & Talk session is trauma-aware and judgment-free, so you can feel comfortable showing up just as you are. We’ll work at your pace and explore what matters most to you, whether that’s moving past blocks, gaining new insights, or simply carving out a safe space to breathe.
