Who this is for

For the person navigating something bigger than work.

Relationship Transitions Divorce or Separation Career Change Relocation Identity Shifts Grief and Loss New Life Chapters Values Realignment Stuck at a Crossroads

You might look fine from the outside. You might even be functioning well. But something underneath has shifted, or is in the process of shifting, and you do not quite have the language for it yet.

This pathway is for the middle of it. Not the crisis. The quieter, harder, harder-to-name territory of becoming someone you have not fully met yet.

The problem

Sometimes the hardest transitions are the ones nobody around you can fully see.

Maybe a relationship is ending or changing. Maybe you have moved somewhere new and found that the version of yourself you brought with you does not quite fit. Maybe you know who you were and you are not sure who you are becoming.

Life transitions do not always announce themselves with a crisis. Sometimes they arrive quietly, as restlessness, as a decision you keep circling, as a feeling that the life you have built no longer fits the person you are turning into.

A lot of people who find their way here have done plenty of thinking. They have made lists, talked to friends, journaled, researched. What is missing is not more information. It is a felt sense of what is actually true underneath all of it.

Nothing is wrong with you. You are in the middle of something real. This work is for the middle of it.

This work is for you if

You might be in the right place if any of this feels familiar.

  • You are in the middle of a major life transition and you do not know who you are on the other side of it yet
  • A relationship has ended, changed, or is asking something of you that you are not sure how to give
  • You have moved, changed careers, or stepped into a new chapter and brought a version of yourself that no longer fits
  • You keep circling a decision and cannot seem to land, no matter how many times you think it through
  • You know something needs to change but you are not sure where to pull the thread first
  • You want support that works with your nervous system, not just your thinking, because thinking about it has not been enough
  • You are not in crisis but you are not okay either, and you want a space that can hold that honestly

What the work looks like

Finding what clarity actually feels like for you, not what it looks like on paper.

This pathway works at the intersection of nervous system science, values work, and somatic awareness. We do not just talk about what is happening. We work with where your body is holding the weight of the transition, because that is often where the real information is.

Over time, sessions help you move from circling to clarity, from stuck to in motion. Not by pushing harder, but by working with the parts of you that are holding back for a reason and understanding what they need.

  • Nervous system regulation for the specific disorientation that comes with major life change
  • Values work to help you get underneath the noise and find what is actually true for you
  • Identity work for the version of you that is no longer quite fitting and the one you have not fully stepped into yet
  • Decision-making support for the things you keep circling without landing
  • Somatic practices that create steadiness when everything else feels uncertain
  • WhatsApp voice access between sessions for questions, shifts, and momentum support

How it works

Three steps to get started

1

Free connection call

30 minutes. We talk about where you are. No agenda, no pitch. We figure out together if this is the right fit.

2

We design your pathway

Sessions and a structure mapped around what you are navigating, your nervous system, and what you actually need right now.

3

We build together

Each session builds on the last. We track what is shifting, adjust as we go, and keep moving forward.

The discovery call is free. The clarity is immediate.

Most people walk away with more clarity than they expected, in that one conversation.

Using HSA or FSA Funds

Some clients use Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account funds for sessions. Eligibility varies by plan. We recommend checking with your administrator directly or asking your physician or therapist for a Letter of Medical Necessity referencing trauma-informed somatic coaching or nervous system regulation. Detailed receipts are available upon request to support your reimbursement process.

By the end of your work together

  • A clearer sense of who you are becoming, not just who you were
  • Decisions that feel more settled and less like circling
  • A nervous system that can tolerate uncertainty without shutting down or spinning out
  • Language for what you are going through that you did not have before
  • Steadiness in the middle of something that is still unfolding
  • Forward movement that feels like yours, not like what you are supposed to do next

Frequently asked

Is this therapy?

No. This is coaching, which means we are focused on where you are now and where you want to go, not on diagnosing or treating mental health conditions. If you are in crisis or need clinical support, I will always point you toward the right resources. Coaching and therapy can work well alongside each other, and many people do both.

I am not in a crisis. Is this still the right kind of support?

Yes, and actually this work is designed specifically for people who are not in crisis but are navigating something real. You do not need to be falling apart to deserve support. A lot of the people who come to this pathway are functioning fine on the outside and quietly dealing with something that does not have an obvious name. That is exactly where this work lives.

I have done a lot of thinking about my situation already. How is this different?

Most people who find their way here have already done the thinking. What coaching adds is a structured space to work with the parts of you that thinking alone has not been able to reach, including your nervous system, your body, and the patterns underneath the story you have been telling yourself. Sometimes clarity is not a thinking problem. It is a regulation problem.

What if I do not know what I want yet?

That is one of the most common places to start from in this pathway. Not knowing what you want is information, not a problem. Part of what we do together is help you get underneath the noise to find what is actually true for you, not what you think you should want or what the people around you expect. You do not need to have answers before we begin.

Can this work help with relationship transitions specifically?

Yes. Whether you are navigating a breakup, a divorce, a shift in a long-term relationship, or something harder to name, this pathway holds that. We work with the identity piece of relationship transitions, not just the logistics. Who are you without that relationship, or inside a changed version of it? That is often where the real work is.

How quickly will I notice a difference?

Most people notice something shifting within the first two or three sessions, a clearer sense of what is actually happening, some language for it, and at least one thing that starts to feel more settled. Deeper clarity and pattern change take more time, which is why the Growth package tends to be the most common starting point for this kind of work.

Do sessions have to be in person?

No. All sessions are available virtually via Google Meet, which works just as well for this kind of work. If you are in the Dunedin or Tampa Bay area and prefer in-person, that is available too at my office at 303 Main St Suite 107, Dunedin FL.
