Who this is for

Professionals who want to feel clear, steady, and more like themselves at work.

Sales Finance Law Consulting Operations Remote Workers Client-Facing Roles Account Management Customer Success Corporate Professionals

You are good at what you do. You have built your career by showing up, learning quickly, solving problems, and following through. Those strengths have carried you far, and you may be ready for a way of working that feels more intentional and sustainable.

This pathway creates space to strengthen your capacity, clarify what matters, and build work rhythms that support both your performance and the life you want outside of work.

How I can help

Turn insight into a way of working that feels better in real life.

Together, we look at how your role, routines, expectations, and nervous system interact. That gives us a fuller picture of what supports your best work and where a small shift could create more clarity, energy, or ease.

We can strengthen the boundary between your identity and your output, create transitions that help work stay within work hours, and build practical systems around your actual capacity rather than an idealized schedule.

For remote professionals, this may include creating clearer beginnings and endings to the workday, reducing the always-on feeling, and making home feel like your space again. The goal is not to make you less ambitious. It is to help your ambition become more sustainable.

What you may be ready for

A more sustainable and intentional relationship with your work.

  • Clearer priorities and decisions that feel aligned with your goals
  • Work rhythms that support strong performance without constant urgency
  • Better boundaries between your professional role and personal life
  • Tools for resetting during and after demanding workdays
  • More confidence navigating visibility, leadership, or career growth
  • A stronger sense of identity beyond your title, output, or performance
  • More energy for the relationships, interests, and experiences that matter to you
  • Support grounded in the psychology of work and high-performance environments

What we can build together

Practical support for doing meaningful work and still having a life that feels like yours.

This work blends applied psychology, nervous system awareness, and practical strategy. We look at your strengths, patterns, environment, and goals so the changes we create make sense inside your actual workday.

Somatic awareness helps you notice useful information from your body earlier, while coaching gives you space to translate that awareness into boundaries, decisions, systems, and sustainable action.

  • Recognizing patterns and choosing responses that support your goals
  • Nervous system regulation practices you can use inside your actual workday
  • Strengthening your identity beyond productivity, performance, or job title
  • Creating clear transitions between work time and personal time
  • Decision-making support for career opportunities, boundaries, and next steps
  • Building sustainable rhythms around your real priorities and capacity
  • WhatsApp voice access between sessions for questions, shifts, and momentum support

How it works

Three steps to get started

1

Free connection call

30 minutes. We talk about where you are. No agenda, no pitch. We figure out together if this is the right fit.

2

We design your pathway

Sessions and a structure mapped around your goals, your nervous system, and what you are actually working through.

3

We build together

Each session builds on the last. We track what is shifting, adjust as we go, and keep moving forward.

Frequently asked

Is this therapy?

No. This is coaching, which means we are focused on where you are now and where you want to go, not on diagnosing or treating mental health conditions. If you are in crisis or need clinical support, I will always point you toward the right resources. Coaching and therapy can work well alongside each other, and many people do both.

I am already stretched thin. Do I have time for this?

Sessions are designed to fit into real working lives. They are available virtually, and the practices we develop are meant to be used inside your existing routines rather than added as another demanding project.

What does somatic actually mean in practice?

Somatic means body-based. In sessions, we pay attention to what is happening in your body alongside what is happening in your thinking, things like where tension lives, what your breath is doing, how your nervous system is responding to the demands of your work. This is not about movement or exercise. It is about using body awareness as a tool for understanding your patterns and building regulation from the inside out.

What if I am not sure what I want to focus on yet?

That is completely okay. You do not need a perfectly defined goal before beginning. The connection call gives us space to talk about what you want more of in your work and life, notice the themes that are emerging, and identify a useful place to start.

Can coaching help me sustain a career I genuinely care about?

Yes. You do not have to dislike your work to want a healthier way of engaging with it. We can preserve what feels meaningful, strengthen the practices that support you, and make adjustments that allow your career and well-being to grow together.

I work remotely. Does that change how this works?

Remote work is one of the specific contexts this pathway was designed to support. We can create stronger transitions, routines, and boundaries so you can benefit from flexibility while protecting your focus, energy, and personal space. Sessions are available virtually via Google Meet.

How quickly will I notice a difference?

Most people notice something shifting within the first two or three sessions: a clearer sense of what is happening, language for what they are experiencing, and at least one tool that starts to create a little more space. Deeper pattern shifts often take more time, and we can decide together what level of ongoing support fits your needs.

Do sessions have to be in person?

No. All sessions are available virtually via Google Meet, which works just as well for this kind of work. If you are in the Dunedin or Tampa Bay area and prefer in-person, that is available too at my office at 303 Main St Suite 107, Dunedin FL.

Tell me what you would like support with.

You do not need to know exactly which service or structure fits. Share a little about where you are and what you would like to move toward, and I will follow up with the next step.
