1:1 Personalized coaching

These sessions are all about you. You can come as you are, and each time, we focus on what you need most that day. On some days, you might talk about a mental block or a pattern that feels tough. Other times, you work through feeling overwhelmed, share what’s on your mind, or get back on track. Sometimes, the focus is practical. You might plan for the future, set goals, make decisions, or break things down into clear steps. The session gives you a steady space to think, reset, and move forward with support. This is what makes our sessions different from psychotherapy. You guide the focus. You do not have to process emotions every time. The session meets you where you are.

Traditional therapy focuses on diagnosing, treating, and exploring the roots of emotional wounds. This work is different. These sessions focus on your present needs, your patterns, and the choices in front of you. The goal is to help you stay grounded, build emotional regulation, and create clear steps for growth. I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Instead, I use applied psychology, somatic awareness, and practical tools to help you move forward.
