Support for Sexual Wellness and Emotional Safety
A grounded space for honest conversations about sexuality
Support for Sexualized Work
These sessions center on you and your lived experience. You arrive as you are. Each session focuses on what feels most pressing in your work, body, or personal life. Some days involve unpacking a mental block, boundary issue, or pattern tied to visibility, performance, or pressure. Other days focus on overwhelm, decision fatigue, or regaining clarity.
Sessions often stay practical. You work through planning, boundaries, identity shifts, or next steps without pressure to relive emotional content. You guide the focus. Emotional processing happens only when helpful. The space adapts to your needs and capacity.
This approach differs from psychotherapy. The work supports forward movement, regulation, and stability while respecting autonomy and choice.

1:1 Growth for Sexual Trauma and Intimacy
These sessions focus on safety, pacing, and body awareness. Work stays slow and choice led. Support centers on helping your nervous system feel steadier around intimacy, communication, and connection. Conversation remains optional. Somatic tools guide regulation and awareness while respecting personal boundaries.
The focus stays on present patterns rather than retelling past experiences. Growth happens through stabilization, clarity, and small shifts aligned with comfort and readiness.
What each session might include
• Somatic awareness to support safety and regulation
• Identifying tension, avoidance, or shutdown patterns
• Reducing shame linked to sexuality or desire
• Building comfort talking about intimacy and boundaries
• Practical steps for dating and relationship initiation
